ExoticSpeed provide 2 years warranty for all ExoticSpeed brand name product.

 

What are the Shipping Rates?

Postage is according to your shipping area and product size and weight, flat rate for different zones when weight exceed certain amount, see below for more information:

Canada: Over 50Lbs Flat Rate of $65 USD.

USA: Over 50Lbs Flat Rate of $70 USD.

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania,Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain,Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom: over 99Lbs: Flat Rate $290 USD

All other zones & regisons:over 99Lbs: Flat Rate $310 USD

How long will my delivery take?
North American Orders will be delivered by Canada Post and Fedex. You should expect to receive the order within Seven (7) business days from the time we ship out from our warehouse. Seven (7) business days is only an estimate; actual delivery time may differ depending on your local delivery situation and customs issues. If items in your order are not in stock, it will take longer to process the order.?

Will I have to pay customs taxes on my shipment?
Custom taxes, import duty, valued-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related levy is the responsibility of our customers.? ExoticSpeed cannot make any guarantees or estimation on whether any shipments will or will not be required to pay customs-related levy.? Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

What is your return/exchange policy?
ExoticSpeed is dedicated to providing our customers with the very best service. If you find any of your received items to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly provide you with replacement or repair service. Please refer to the below table to determine which return options are available for the item you wish to return. After deciding upon your options, contact our Customer Service Department within the time period specified to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After receiving an RMA, you may proceed to return your item(s) for replacement or repair.

Terms & Conditions

General for all products

0) ExoticSpeed does not accept used product return.

1) All items returned for exchange or repair must be sent back to ExoticSpeed Canada office in Richmond with prior authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

2) Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.

3) Returned items must be in good condition. ExoticSpeed reserves the right to reject return/exchange requests if the returned items are in unacceptable condition.

4) ExoticSpeed will be responsible for return shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided when using other shipping methods, including registered Air Mail, Courier Services, Express Mail or Next Day Air.

5) ExoticSpeed is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via a reliable carrier to ensure that it reaches us.

6) Products returned for any reason other than damage on arrival, defects or incorrect size will be charged at a 15% restocking fee plus the shipping cost.

8) ExoticSpeed reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, ExoticSpeed’s decision will be final.

 

 

Can I add items after I’ve placed an order?

Once your order has been placed, you cannot modify the order from "My Account". If your order has not yet shipped, however, you may be able to add items by contacting one of ExoticSpeed service represntive.? To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you call our customer service hotline:

 

1) Your order number and sign in email address
2) Full name of item and product model number
3) List price of item as it appears on our site Adding items will delay the processing of your order. If your order has already been shipped out, items cannot be added to the order.

 

Can I cancel items after I’ve placed an order?
Once an order has been placed, we do not allow for order or item cancellation. We kindly suggest that you read the product information carefully before confirming your order.

Can I change the shipping address after I’ve placed an order?
Once your order has been placed, you cannot change the shipping address from "My Account". If your order has not yet shipped, however, you may be able to make the necessary change by contacting one of ExoticSpeed service represntive. If your order has already been shipped out, the shipping address cannot be changed.

What payment options do you offer?

We currently accept major international credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. ExoticSpeed guarantees that your online transaction will be secure and that your credit information will be protected. All transactions are billed only when the order is shipped out.? We guarantee that you will not be billed for any additional charges not associated with the order.

 

Can I pay with someone else’s credit card?
Yes. For security reasons, however, please be advised that we only ship product to the billing address. Our Accounting Department may contact the rightful cardholder to verify the order and the identity of the cardholder. Please note that paying with someone else’s credit card will lengthen your credit card verification process and you must receive prior consent from the rightful credit card owner.

 

How are refunds handled?
All transactions are billed when the order is shipped out; we only accept brand new or unused return. Be advised that there is a 15% restocking fee.
